Located in the center of the Jurisdiction, the commune of Saint-Laurent-des-Combes is formed by a succession of valleys offering an exceptional panoramic view over the Dordogne Valley from its Romanesque church.

It is also known as the “lung of the Jurisdiction” with its 18 hectares of forest (the “Mediterranean belt”) bequeathed in 1918 by the Professor Jean-Louis Faure, member of the Academy of Medicine.
